To assist and promote the interests of those who are serving or have at any time served in the Royal Navy, the Royal Marines, in any Royal Naval or Royal Marine Reserve, or in the former Women’s Royal Naval Service or Queen Alexandra’s Royal Naval Nursing Service, and their families through the provision of:
In sum, the role of The White Ensign Association embraces a wide range of personal advice and assistance available for all those serving, as well as retired personnel and their dependants. Assistance on all matters of personal finance is provided within the constraints of the Financial Services Act.
The White Ensign Association uses its panel of professional advisors to provide specific financial advice including personal pensions whilst The White Ensign Association Employment Services provides help and advice for both those leaving the Naval Service and those having left now seeking further employment. These services also include access to our network of contacts within industry and commerce and volunteer Mentors and Advisors.
The Association is a Registered Charity administered by limited guarantee.
The organisation is run by a small executive Staff .
Strategic direction of the work of the Association is carried out by the Chairman and Council of Management

Our staff visit establishments throughout the UK on a regular basis, providing support, guidance and advice through Lectures and personal interviews.
