Higher Futures Employability Programme

Higher Futures currently works in partnership with Help for Heroes in jointly delivering their Employability Programme for military veterans at Tedworth House, click here for more details. This programme offers veterans the opportunity to explore options if thinking of returning to the world of work and review skills such as CV development and interview techniques.

We have worked very closely with many of the local military charities to raise awareness of higher education and have run information drop in sessions for spouses in the local area.

To support all the work that Higher Futures has done with the military community it recently signed the Armed Forces covenant at the Local Enterprise Partnership offices Monkton Park Chippenham

Helping veterans move forward Higher Futures has developed, in partnership with South Wales University (ElCAS Provider), the ILM Level 4 Managers Toolkit which is made up of 4 elements Leadership; Project Management; Marketing and Finance.  The Toolkit will be delivered in Chippenham Wiltshire starting in October, to find out more please contact DES at the WEA.
