The White Ensign Association offers a unique and enduring service to personnel of the Royal Navy and Royal Marines, both serving and retired, and to their families. In order to fulfil its mission:

• To provide assistance in seeking employment opportunities and introductions.
• To provide unbiased help on matters of personal finance.
• To provide general help on family or personal administrative matters.

the Association has built on the strong links that have existed between the Royal Navy, the City, industry and commerce since its foundation in 1958. Its current corporate and individual membership, embracing a wide spectrum of influential individuals, companies and businesses (both large and small), have the common aim of developing, strengthening and widening these links to the benefit of those who come to the Association for help and guidance.

There are two grades of membership:

• Corporate member
• Individual member

Corporate membership is offered to those companies who wish to receive regular lists of personnel registered with us for employment. Separate lists are available for different skill groups. This membership is also open to companies willing to offer specialist advice to the Association. Corporate members are listed in the Association's publications and publicity material.
Corporate members receive invitations to visit ships at sea or Naval establishments ashore. For more information see seadays.

Individual Life membership is offered to individuals who are keen to support the role of the Association and maintain links with the Naval Service. One may become a Life member for a single payment currently £150 or annual membership is £15 per year.

Member Benefits
All members receive invitations to the occasional gala events which have become a tradition of the Association and may be invited to social events on board HM ships or within Royal Naval or Royal Marines establishments.
All members receive reports, newsletters and publications from time to time. All Corporate and Life members are listed in the annual report, as are new Individual members.
