Active serving pension forecast request (Form 12)

Did you know that you are entitled one pension forecast in any 12 month period FREE of charge.  This is available for all serving members of the armed forces including Full Time Reserve Service (FTRS).

Once fully completed and signed forms should be sent to Veterans Uk, Pension Team, the full address can be found at the bottom of the form.
