AFCS - “what is the process for making a claim?”

One of the regular queries I receive is: “what is the process for making a claim?” Veterans UK have on their website, ‘Customer Journey’ process maps for the Armed Forces Compensation Scheme (AFCS) and War Pension Scheme (WPS) to help claimants understand the claims process.

If you are considering making a claim, or feel a bit lost in the process, you can find information and the Customer Journey map for AFCS at: Armed Forces Compensation Scheme (AFCS) - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk) and for WPS at: War Pension Scheme (WPS) - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk). And of course, if you would like some advice and support with your claim, you can log a case for me on the WEA client portal, or contact me at: leigh.rhodes@whiteensign.co.uk or on: 07827885515.
