WELCOME ONBOARD JAMES!

We are delighted to announce that we have a new member of the White Ensign Association team.

James Griffin has joined us as our new Employer Relationship Manager and brings with him a fantastic pedigree for the role. He has a military background having served as a Regular in the Army for 18 years, including 5 years as a helicopter pilot in the Army Air Corps. Since leaving the Army, he has subsequently spent time working in the private sector. Among other things, in one FTSE 250 company, he was responsible for promoting the transferable skills of ex-Armed Forces personnel to blue chip companies. He has also developed a specialism in relationship management.

James has now opened his doors for business and on joining said: “It is a huge honour to join the White Ensign Association and very exciting to be developing a new role within the team. I look forward to getting stuck in and making a positive impact”.
