Delta Capita Consulting Career Change Programme

Delta Capita, a division of Prytek, is a leading global consulting, solutions and managed service provider.  Our vision is ‘reinventing the financial services value chain’.  Our consulting business forms an integral part of this vision by helping our clients to design and deliver the changes they need to ensure they thrive in a complex industry.

Our current UK consulting workforce includes a number of Armed Force Veterans and former NHS staff, all of  whom are enjoying highly successful second careers.

In light of this, we have established the Delta Capita Consulting Career Change Programme with the aim of hiring high-calibre candidates who are seeking a new career as a management consultant in the financial services industry.

The first step in this process will be to attend our Insight Event, where you will have the opportunity to learn more about the financial services industry.  This will include hearing from members of our ExCo, who have previously been COOs of large investment banks.  Following the introduction to financial services, should you be interested in pursuing a career, we will be on hand to answer any questions and provide more information about the Delta Capita Career Change Programme.

Timelines:

·        Insight Event – Thursday 26 May 2022 (Afternoon)

·        Start full time employment – September 2022

Insight Event Format:

The Insight Event will be conducted in person at the Delta Capita offices in Canary Wharf.
